In the figure, the thermal insulation layer uses the power battery E series polyimide foam product as the ultra-light insulation material. When the ambient temperature is too high, the cooling channel will start. The thermal insulation layer will prevent the external heat of the battery pack from entering the inside of the battery pack to ensure that the battery temperature is within the working temperature range, and keep the battery working normally, so as to avoid the explosion of the battery or the shortening of the battery life. When the ambient temperature is too low, the cooling channel is closed, and the power battery E series polyimide foam product insulation layer keeps the internal heat of the battery pack from being transferred to the outside, so as to ensure that the battery temperature is within the operating temperature range, so as to keep the battery to meet the normal requirements of the discharge rate, so as to keep the battery working normally.
